Oh my goodness. This is absolutely beautiful. It took a few minutes for me to respond. I had to get more tissues. Once again, you've painted the most wonderful pictures: the tiny house with parents sitting on the floor along the walls; teenaged girls floating on angel's wings as they dance for the Lord; my arthritic friend struggling to get up through physical pain and tears of joy. What a gifted writer you are. Thanks for sharing this beautifully crafted chapter from your life.

Like Ellie, I cried a little when I read this. I actually saw you pulling your little red wagon filled with dolls. I was cold when the ambulance came. I saw your dad on the porch.
