Diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in Oct 2007 and RA early Sept 2008 and Fibromyalgia on Oct 20, 2008 and Peripheral Neuropathy February 2009. Currently on 5 MG Prednisone, .8cc injectable Methotrexate, 1 mg Folic Acid, 200 mg Lyrica, .75 mcg Levothyroxine, 160 MG Inderal and 20 MG Aciphex. Also have Osteo in feet and neck and peripheral neuropathy in feet.
