I have a Remotologist appoint coming up, but I want to know if anyone else has experience this?

Besides the usual joint pain, morning stiffness, and all around fatigue, in the past week I have had bruising around the joints of my fingers and toes as well as mouth sores.

Any ideas? They never ruled out lupus, so I was wondering if these symptoms more align with that?
