I have arthritis in my neck and it also causes me to have headaches and makes me feel just downright miserable. I am taking methotrexate and oxycodone for the pain. I also find that applying heat to the back of my neck helps. Sometimes I stand in the shower and let a hot stream of water run over my neck. That really feels great. So far, I don't think the methotrexate is helping, (how much are you taking) but I think the doc is going to up my dose this week. I am getting injections in his office since I have severe stomach and esophagus problems so I can't take the med by mouth. Does the Mobic bother your stomach. I'd be interewsted to know. Good luck!
