The Arthritis Foundation's 2009 National Juvenile Arthritis Conference is quickly approaching. We've made some changes for this year based on feedback from last year's conference, and we're excited about how the conference program is shaping up.

If you're interested in networking with a community of families who understand the challenges of Juvenile Arthritis. If you're interested in attending educational seminars on topics ranging from Medications, to specific disease information, to panel discussions with young adults who can answer your questions from your child's perspective. If you're interested in asking questions of knowledgeable parents AND pediatric rheumatologists, then take a look at the JA Conference page.

If you've attended the NJAC 10 times before, or if you've never heard of the National Juvenile Arthritis Conference, this year will be a great year for you. We have an exciting agenda, and great speakers. We've improved the kid's program, and we've worked to craft the parent's program to include what we've identified as the most important topics to YOU, the parent.

It's time to get the answers to your questions, and build a lasting support network for the future. For more information, visit: http://www.arthritis.org/jaconference-main.php and download the conference agenda and registration brochure. You can also contact Amy Westergren (me), Conference Lead Staff Person, at 713-942-9063 OR Katie Bitner, Director of Juvenile Arthritis Programs, at 404-965-7538.

Hope to see you in Houston!
