I've never heard of it but glad it has made such a difference for your son.<br><br>Many cases of jra are significantly helped by a change in diet. The RA trigger for a lot of kids is a food protein allergy (wheat gluten, milk, etc are the most common)<br>Just wondered if you tried a change in diet. It takes about 6-8 weeks to notice a difference. My son, age 11, has JRA and is on enbrel, arava and prednisone. He has consistently been on at least 10mg of prednisone for the last 4 years. Nothing ever seemed to be the right combination. He has his good and bad days. After spending a week in the hospital we decided to try a different approach and added a supplement called Visalus and in only a short time it has made a world of difference. My son now has energy and feels great. He even did the most push ups in PE this week.
