Hi guys. Was wondering if any of you guys have found any good NSAID alternatives. Am not keen to take them long term due to associated risks. Have tried high dose fish oil but have not had success yet. Was thinking of trying herbal formula called Zyflamend.

Hey Tim, You might want to try Borage Oil. Talk to your Doctor about the dosage you might need. I think it depends on your weight and size, but it's worth a try. It has a few side effects but not as bad as NSAIDS. You can get it at any herbal shop, and I know that Walmart also carries, and many pharmacies. Good Luck.

I don't come to this board very often. I just got your thank you, and you are very welcome, Tim. I'm over on the Rheumatoid Arthritis board more often. I have RA, and have tried it all, as far as alternative treatments, if I can help you in any way let me know...
