My doctor sucks!! He always takes 4 days to call back here is the latest.Last time I posted was horrible flare called him on a weekend took all I had to do so., He tells me to take more prednisone and advil and just lay down. Anyway my 8 year old has influenza the real flu her ped tells me to call my physician probably my rheumy and get on tamiflu so I dont get it. He calls me 2 days latter and says he was nt aware influnza was in Oregon. OK look at the CD web site. DUHHHHH> Says he has to research it whatever does not call back. 3 days latter never hear from him. I get the flu bad , with HORRIBLE BODY ACHES and it causes a flair. Cant take my arth meds I am vomiting. 104 fever. Go to ER they give me tamiflu and ask why he didnt!!!!!!
I have to wait 2 mnths for a new doctor. So urgent care until then he is a quack oh and by the way he is a member of the Arth Foundation.
He has been such a nightmare,,,

So sorry to hear about all you have gone thru. I know some of the rheumy's are complete nightmares. I dealth with one for 4 years before I finally fired his behind still didn't have a diagnosis either but I was 21 when I found a great rheumy, got a diagnosis and she has been great. I get the flu shot every year to keep from getting the flu. I keep sinus infections and bronchitis so it seems lately. Good luck hope you get to feeling better soon.
