I am now facing an ankle replacement (right foot). Has anyone had this surgery?? If so, what can I expect? I have had both hips replaced 12 years ago (they are starting to wear down), and a Suave Kapanji procedure on my right wrist. I am only 33 and I have so much more life to live. Please help I am so scared.

I had an ankle replacement in Dec.2006 and have no problems.I play 27 holes of golf 3 times a week.If you have any ? call me at 515-231-9174 Nels Nord
