Terry, Amy, Sonia- Just wanted to say thanks for helping me get through last week. It was rough and you all were very kind and compassionate. Dont know what I would do if I never found this site. Thanks again- Cindy

Cynthia, It feels good to help. I've gained so much from the parents on I like to try do the same for someone else. You've really added a lot to the board Cynthia. I'm glad you are here!

Hi Everyone, I hope that you are all having an enjoyable, healthy weekend. We took Aundrea trick or treating and stuffed ourselves silly with candy! We went to the nursing home where I work. Its so cute to see all of my old residents sitting there with their pumpkin baskets ready to distriubte candy. My husband even brought our gigantic 2 year old golden retriever along which I had great reservations about, but he did great and the old people loved him! I have family visiting me which has been so nice. I live in Illinois and all of my family lives far away. My sis and her hubby are here for the week. They don't have kids yet so my children think they have built in playmates for the week. Lots of ping pong, foosball, and board games! I continue to lift all of you up in prayer and praying for a cure for JRA. God Bless, Sonia

I agree with Terry. It feel good to help and it just feels good to talk about it with someone who is in the same position. Take care, Amy

Hi Cindy, I haven't taken the time to post lately but I have been checking the site and am praying for you and your daughter today. I hope the injections went well and that they weren't to terribly painful for her and most importantly I pray that they will work to get her out of this flare. We make our trip to the rheumatologist tomorrow. Aundrea is doing pretty good on the pred. She has had a couple of nights that her knee and ankle were hurting to the point that she cried, which is pretty rare for her. Let us know how things went today. Take Care and God Bless, Sonia
