problems getting the messages in flat text

Hi is anyone else having a problem getting the messages to show up in flat text? Do you know what I can do to fix this problem? Thanks, Sonia

Cindy, Thats the same problem that I am having. Its so frustrating because without seeing all of the messages on one page you don't know who has posted most recently and it takes so much time going thru a thread. Have you sent an email to sitehelp? Maybe I will try that. I am horrible at computer tech stuff. I am just doing good to turn it on and of course my favorites are now filled with jra pages so that makes it easy for me to find this message board! :-) Sonia
