I told my Rheumy this week about my aching sometimes numbing legs. It's not like i can't move them.. or walk normally - it's just they feel so heavy at times. Or when I stand around they get numb. Aching Hamstrings, Quads, Calves.. all the way down to my heels of my feet... I recently started walking again for exercise.. I don't think i'm pushing myself.. it actually feels better to move.. it's when I stop moving when I get achey.. Anyone?
Thanks Kelly aka PrettyRed

Hi Kel,
It's me Kelly. Are you still walking the 3 miles a day? I really want to work up to that but my mornings are not good and my nights .... I am too tired. I am the same way. When I am moving, I am pretty good some pain but when I stop I get so stiff. I guess it is this disease. Kelly

That sounds like my legs that you are describing...The numbing and tingling just started recently though. They are killing me right now...

Hi
My legs also hurt all the time. I take
Feldene and alot of Motrin. But does not really help. I work about 15 hrs. a
day, at two different jobs. Now my fingers and hips are starting to hurt. Any ideals about what to do. I was Dx. about a month ago.
