Hi,

I've been on the boards awhile and haven't noticed anyone questioning OPC3 or commenting on it.

I have full blown fibro with every symptom I could and its turned my life upside down for the past year. I've been taking so many meds, and Lyrica too. I feel like a drug company these days. Taking 20 pills a day is pretty overwhelming and I always seem to be in pain anyways. My physical therapist has been helping me with the stress build up in my neck and back.

People at work have told me about this OPC-3 stuff and how well it works. They know people with back injuries, migraines and other health issues that have been pretty much cured by taking this group of herbs in the product. I researched the product on line and it does say it works for fibro.

Anyone have any experience with this stuff? Any thoughts, I'd just love to get off some of the drugs.

I am also a suffer of fibromyalgia and have taken both Lycria and Cymbalta. However, I did not receive much benefit from either and the side effects are too numerous to mention as you know. I finally decided to do some research on my own and I can tell you about a natural product that I have been taking that has helped with the stiffness and pain in my joints so much that I have not taken my prescription meds nor the antidepressants. Hi Kiss Pooh,

I am an avid user of OPC-3. Although I am relatively young, I have seen incredible results from this product. It helps to boost your energy, lower blood pressure, and I have even found that it helps me sleep better.

A friend of mine had severe fibromyalgia...to the point where she could barely walk. She is now walking without problems and enjoying her life thanks to OPC-3. I broke my leg when I was a teenager, and at about age 35 I noticed a pain in my knee (the same leg I broke) I like to play tennis, and after I got done playing, my knee hurt, even to the point I couldn't sleep.

I went to the doctor, and he told me I had arthitis in the knee. He prescribed an anti-inflamatory. It did help, but it made me feel tired and weak. A friend of mine told me about the OPC 3. I resisted for over a year, but finally he gave me a bottle. I tried it, and within 3 days, the pain and swelling in my knee went away. I was able to stop taking the drugs the doctor prescribed, too. The pain has not come back, and it even fixed my hemmoriod problem too. (I know it did, if I stop taking it, the symptoms come back)
