I've heard that tai chi is supposed to be a good exercise for RA. I thought it might be easiest to get started with a video/DVD. Does anyone use this method and have suggestion for which one to get?

Thanks.
Lisa

Hi Pinkie,

I started out online.  There are several sites (I just googled tai chi) that have animated moves that will get you started.  The one I like best uses a skeleton so you can see how the bones and joints are supposed to move.

Good luck to you my friend!

The foundation offers Tai Chi programs through the Life Improvement Series. Our chapters have event and programs schedules that list when an where they are and how to sign up.

I have seen several articles online about the Tai Chi programs. Here is one
