i have joint pain in my knees really badly, and had tried alot of things to help alleviate it. i just hated being on meds, so i looked for natural treatment instead. i found a product which has the higest all natural anti-inflammatory in the world. i was skeptical, but thought what the heck. i have been taking this product now and my knee pain is gone. not to mention other things, i feel great, and want to share this with others who might be in the same position i was in. this is product isnt sold in stores, but i can give you more information if youre interested. thanks.

Elizabeth , it's all good when u find something that works well. I've learnt a lot about health care & over-medication from caring for elderly family members. My father was on so many pills & meds that it was impossible for even his doctors & specialists to keep track of them. In the end he was lethargic, sleepy & unable to move by himself. After he became so unwell & just wanted to end it all his doctor took him off everything & he actually improved! He began to actually feel better & was almost his old self....so I've really resisted taking anything for my pain coz I also get some bad side effects from the preservatives in drugs like cortisone. I know my doctor tells me there are some more meds I can take for that too! It's like a really dangerous merry go round. Like u I've had a really good result with natural treatments. My fibromyalgia & bad hands really respond to thermal
therapy gloves
which I wear at night as well as working on the computer & I also have watched my diet & cut out those foods that seem to exacerbate the pain so I do think its a whole life style thing. I also want to avoid surgery as I know that that is not always successful either so just staying positive is the best way.

What kind of arthritis do you have? If its OA, then good luck, I hope it continues to work. But if you have RA, you could be doing more damage by not taking the medications. You can have a lot of damage in many joints in a short period of time so I hope you keep seeing a doctor.

if you're committed to not using medication then an arthritis glove works wonders. These work well for me and they have different designs that could work for your knee too. Look at my signature to find out more.
As a 60 year old arthritic I’ve been looking for methods of pain relief and have tried many different things. This is a great article I’ve found that’s helped me in my search for
arthritis relief
Many people take a lot of prescription medications or creams for their arthritis. I’ve actually found the most helpful to me is a simple arthritis glove. These provide compression that eases the pain in my hand and fingers. Here is a great article on
arthritis gloves
