The U.S. FDA has issued an alert regarding the theft of Tylenol Arthritis and Tylenol PM. The FDA has identified the stolen medications as the following:

TYLENOL® Arthritis Pain Caplet 150 count bottles
UPC # 30300450838155
Code # 8381500
Lot # 09XMC1

TYLENOL® PM 2-caplet packets
UPC # 30300450482304
Code # 4823000
Lot # 09XMC110

Please take a look at your lot numbers. If your supply comes from the lots listed above, contact McNeil Consumer Healthcare at 888-222-6036, or the FDA's Office of Criminal Investigations at 800-551-3989.
