This is very good news, I hope his recovery continues as rapid as this recent positive change.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for everything! Just returned from the hospital again this evening. Cody and his GF were there as well.
C.J. didn't have an awesome day like he had the last few days. He was upset and uncomfortable late this evening. He fussed and cursed at Cody. Cody's GF left crying.
It's so hard to see him go through this and see whats happening to our teens. They understand whats going on, but it's so hard on them. They've never been through something like this, and of course neither have I.
When Cody and I first returned to the hospital this evening, C.J. did notice that Chris wasn't with us. He wanted to talk to him, so I dialed his cell phone number. When C.J. heard Chris' voice he smiled so big I thought his cheeks would burst. C.J. told Chris he loved him and missed him. It was so touching I couldn't help but cry.
The last 2 days he's been saying he's hungry. Today he wanted peanuts and asked the nurse what she wanted to eat. Yesterday he asked the nurse if she would bring him some coffee and then added PLEASE! THAT JUST BROKE MY HEART. He loves coffee!
Today I'm not in as much pain as the last few days. The weather has warmed up again and it finally stopped raining here in LA. RA and the weather changes just makes my day! YUCK! I got on the scale today at the hospital and I've lost 13 lbs. since C.J.'s been sick. Don't worry...I have it to lose. Since I've been unemployed I was cooking those cajun meals 2 and 3 times a day. Hmmmm, maybe thats why C.J. had a stroke.
Almost forgot to mention C.J. is having more tests done tomorrow. He has a mass on his addrenal gland. Doctor mentioned it could be absolutely nothing, but he wants to make sure and rule out maybe this is why or why not he had a stroke in the 1st place. Something about it affects the blood pressure. Hmmmm, I'll let ya'll know ASAP!

Thanks again! Sorry I wrote a book.

God Bless all my RA Friends!
