It has been sooooo long since I was here last...July!!! Shame on me! There's really no excuse but Summer's are always so busy. We do a lot of traveling and visiting with friends and family and there just isn't a whole lot of "computer time".

My favorite time of the year is here, Fall, cooler temperatures, Thanksgiving, then Winter and the really cold temps and then Christmas...............the mother of all Holidays. I'm already preparing for all of the holiday festivities, I've got to make good use of my "good days". And I know you know what I mean about that.

Still using the Orencia. And still not sure if it's the one for me or not. Rheumy wants to give it a "good year" to do it's thing, we shall see what happens in time.

I hope all of you are doing well and for those of you that aren't I'll keep you in my prayers in hopes that you will improve! I'll check back later, get back to my regular visits and enjoy chattin' with my friends here.

Hugs,

~TS~

Hi Slick!

Good to hear from you again and good to know that you're doing reasonably well.

When I reached to bottom of your post, I swatted my computer screen. Too real!!!

Hello. Guess I came on the board while you were on sabbatical. Wish you would post a public profile so I would know at least where you are and maybe a few other facts about you. I love this forum and have received a lot of support and given (at least have tried to give!) a lot of support to others. Just for the record: I hate bugs and swatted my computer screen twice before realizing this was your artistic effect! Hope you are well.

Hi Slick,

How nice to see you posting again!

I remember your red and green color scheme as the holidays got closer. I do hope that Orencia is going to do the job for you. You've been in pain for such a long time.

Post again and let us know how things are going.

Hugs,
Gramma Ellie

Thanks everyone for the warm re-welcome, it's nice to be back. Last time I was here was when our dear Bob had passed away and that made me so sad. What a dear, sweet soul he was.

Yes, the bug thing is too real, huh? When I first saw it I had to have it and yes I fell for it too and thought "ewww, a bug on my screen". It does bring some funny reactions.

Well, I'm off to cook dinner and relax the rest of the day away. I did a lot of cleaning around the house today and think I've over done it.

Y'all take care!

Hi! I'm a newbie since you were last on. I love the bug! My mother is from Texas and I still have family scattered around the state, mostly in Mexia, Dallas and Houston areas. My mom is originally from Dumas in the panhandle. Your oil rig pic reminds me, I think my grandmother still holds oil and mineral rights in TX, though I have no idea what's happening with them. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
