arthritis vs. arthrosis

I need to know the specifics between arthritis and arthrosis-I was previously dianosed w/ the first & recently found out my current orthopedic surgeon wrote in his report that I have osteoarthrosis. I would also like to find further info on Baker's cysts. I had one drained (under CT Scan) & now I'm in constant, mild-moderate pain compared to before when I was only in mod.-severe pain when it rained. When I saw him recently, he gave me a cortisone injection, but it only partially helped.
