Contact your local Arthritis Foundation office and ask for advice or if they can recommend a rheumatologist near your sister.

See this link to locate an office near you:

http://www.arthritis.org/chaptermap.php

You will have to copy and paste into your browser, or retype it there.

There should be someone be able to help your sister.

Good luck and take care.

If I were you I would report those docs to your insurance company and report them to the medical association. If the meds were working why would they pull your sister off of them? As long as your insurance company was paying for everything there should not have been any reason for her to stop the meds or stop seeing the docs. I would also file a grievance with the state medical association stating that you were being denied medical treatment, from the docs, with meds that were working for you. I would contact either your insurance company or the arthritis association for recommendations for a new rheumatologist. Good luck.
